Photographs stay on your site. When you ask at handover, we email the couple about two weeks before the first anniversary. Guests are not on that email.

The first month of care is included. Later hosting, and later anniversary years, follow the care arrangement, or you ask us to schedule the next note.

What is a wedding RSVP website?
A personalised website for one wedding. Guests open it on their phone, read the details, and send their reply. Alphesda designs and builds it for you. It is not a shared template on a wedding marketplace.
How much does a wedding RSVP website cost?
From $399 + GST, in Australian dollars. Included: the RSVP site, the gallery structure, the first month of care, and the first anniversary email when you ask for it at handover. Hosting after that month, and later anniversary years, follow the care arrangement on our website design page.
Can guests reply on their phone?
Yes. The reply is built for a phone first: names, meal, plus-one, and a short note. Guests do not create an account on a wedding app to answer.
What happens to the site after the wedding?
It stays yours, at the same address, as a gallery of the day. The first month of care is included. After that, hosting continues if you take the care arrangement. We do not take the site down the morning after the wedding.
Will you email us before our anniversary?
When you ask at handover, we set one reminder to the couple, about two weeks before the first anniversary. It does not go to your guests. Later years are sent if you stay on care, or if you ask us to schedule the next one. The $399 build does not include a free reminder every year with no further arrangement.
Who holds the guest list?
You do. Replies live on the site we build for you. We do not publish the list, and we do not sell it. You choose what a guest can see before they reply. This is not legal advice. If the list is large, or guests live under another privacy regime, say so in the Discovery Session.
Do you work with couples outside Australia?
Yes. The studio is in Melbourne, and the site is built remotely for couples anywhere. The published price is Australian dollars plus GST. We confirm the invoice in Discovery, including whether GST applies to your invoice.
How long does a wedding RSVP website take?
Most wedding RSVP sites land in the same window we publish for a small website: 3 days to 5 weeks. The date is agreed in Discovery so the site is live before invitations go out. We do not promise a faster clock than that.
How is this different from a free wedding website?
Free tools lend you a template on their address, often inside a marketplace of other weddings. This is a custom site in your wording and your photographs, built to keep after the day, with a gallery and an anniversary note to you when you want it.
Can we use our own photos, colours, and wording?
Yes. The wedding site uses your palette, your photographs, and your sentences. You review them before the site is shared. This studio page is our own ink and brass. Your invitation does not have to match it.
What is not included in the $399 price?
A blast to the guest list, printed stationery, unlimited hosting, and an anniversary email every year with no further ask. Those sit outside this offer. If you need them, we say so in Discovery before any design starts.
