Your website, doing its job

Make the next step obvious

A Sydney business website should explain what you do, where you genuinely serve, and what a customer can do next. We agree the essential customer journey before choosing the technology.

A clear route to an enquiry

Service pages answer fit, scope, price and next steps. Mobile visitors can reach the contact options without hunting through a menu. Enquiry forms ask for the information your team needs to follow up.

Sydney relevance with evidence

We map your actual Sydney service area and customer questions. Your own project examples, delivery terms and experience guide the content. We do not invent office addresses or publish a page for every suburb with only the name changed.

Booking and payment journeys

Connect a suitable booking or payment provider to the agreed customer journey. Availability, confirmations, cancellation behaviour and failed payments are part of the brief. Functionality beyond the agreed package scope is quoted separately.

Custom functionality where needed

Customer accounts, quoting tools, role-based access, CRM handoffs and Xero or other API integrations need more than a contact page. We map the data and permissions, then provide a specific implementation scope and quote.

A careful rebuild or completion

Already have a WordPress site, a working prototype or a website started with AI tools? We inspect what exists, preserve useful work and identify the gaps before recommending a rebuild. An AI-build audit and the work to fix it are separate scopes.

Search and measurement foundations

Page structure, titles, crawlable links, canonical URLs and a sitemap support discovery. We define enquiries and contact intent separately in analytics, then review relevant traffic and lead quality. Search positions and sales depend on more than the build.

Fit

Who this is for

A service business in Sydney

You need customers to understand your services and coverage, compare a clear offer, then call or send a useful brief. We plan a focused site around that decision, with Sydney-specific information supplied by your business.

An established team with a bottleneck

Your site generates manual administration: chasing booking details, retyping quotes or passing enquiries between systems. We identify the handoff that costs time and assess whether a focused integration can solve it.

A founder with an unfinished build

Your AI-built website or app looks close, but login, payments, permissions or deployment are unreliable. Bring the repository and a list of what fails; we agree access securely and assess the next practical release.

Outcomes

What you walk away with

Clean Fridays: booking and operations

Our published case study documents a cleaning marketplace with customer booking, Stripe payments, cleaner onboarding and an operations dashboard. See how the customer transaction connects to provider onboarding and the team running the service.

The Makeup Co: commerce and accounts

The case study covers a custom storefront, trade-membership review, Stripe checkout and a staff CMS. See how retail customers, professional buyers and staff use different parts of the same commerce platform.

How it works

A process without black boxes

  1. Share the business brief

Tell us what you sell, which Sydney customers you serve, what exists today and what needs to improve. Melbourne and Sydney share business hours, so discovery and review calls do not need an overnight handoff.

  2. Approve scope and milestones

We agree pages, integrations, content responsibilities, acceptance criteria and price in writing. Standard website packages and custom software work are separated, with third-party subscriptions identified before you commit.

  3. Review a working preview

You review the design and working journeys remotely. We test the agreed mobile and desktop flows, including error states, before release. Feedback is kept against the shared scope so important details survive the conversation.

  4. Launch and hand over

We agree the domain change, access handover and support arrangements. For replacements, existing URLs and lead capture need a migration plan. Reporting starts with a baseline, then tracks enquiries your team can qualify.

Bring the site, the prototype or the problem.

Describe the customer journey you need and where it currently breaks. We will help distinguish a focused fix from a larger build before quoting the work.

Questions

Straight answers

Are you a Sydney web design agency with a local office?

We are a Melbourne-based studio serving Sydney businesses remotely. We do not claim a Sydney office. Discovery, design reviews and delivery are arranged online in Australian business hours, with one accountable designer and developer throughout.

How much does website design in Sydney cost?

With AL Phesda Interactive, websites start at $399 + GST for up to 5 custom-designed pages, $1,099 + GST for up to 10, and $4,799 + GST for up to 25. Prices are published: no hidden quotes or brochure downloads. Sydney clients use the same published packages, including the custom features and integrations agreed for Visionary. Functionality beyond the agreed package scope is quoted separately; third-party subscriptions are identified alongside that scope.

Can you finish a website or app I built with AI?

Yes. We can assess an existing codebase, identify launch blockers and scope the work to finish it. The Standard Vibe Coding Audit costs $200 + GST for one eligible app and reviews all seven published surfaces. It produces a report and remediation quote; implementation is not included in the audit fee.

Can you add bookings, payments, customer accounts or a CRM integration?

Yes, where the platform and provider support the required workflow. We first clarify permissions, data ownership, payment or booking states and the handoff to your team. A standard provider connection and a bespoke workflow have different scopes, so we confirm the details before quoting.

Will you guarantee rankings for Sydney search terms?

No. We can improve the technical foundations, useful service content and measurement. Competitive visibility also depends on your offer, evidence, reputation and ongoing work. We review relevant search traffic and qualified enquiries rather than promising a position or a fixed market share.

What should I send before the first conversation?

Your current website or prototype URL, the services you sell, the Sydney areas you actually cover, examples of the desired functionality and any deadline. Send a brief through the contact form. Repository access and credentials are arranged securely later, not pasted into an enquiry.
